Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery zone.
All orders are confirmed by phone before shipping. If we are unable to reach the customer within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.
If a customer refuses the order after confirmation or provides incorrect delivery information, the customer may be restricted from placing future orders and we reserve the right to cancel future orders without notice.
Returns are accepted only if the product was damaged upon delivery or if the wrong product was sent. The customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos as proof.
We do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind, if the size, color, or style does not suit them, or if the product has been used or damaged after delivery.
Refunds are issued only if the issue is our fault (damaged product or wrong item). Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected, and are issued only via CCP (BaridiMob). Processing time is 3–7 business days after approval.
